Drivers of vans, campers, trailers, and other high profile vehicles should be extra cautious, especially on east-west roads. Be sure to secure outdoor items as well. Winds this afternoon will be lower. Snow showers are also possible north and east of a line from Manchester, Iowa to Cambridge, Illinois. Brief reduced visibilties of 1 to 2 miles and isolated slick spots are possible in the most intense showers this morning. No snow accumulation is expected at this time.
