Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 615 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning to 6.9 feet Tuesday morning. It will rise to 7.0 feet early Tuesday afternoon. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
