Flooding is expected to end there on Monday. Flooding ended at Terre Haute and Montezuma earlier today. The crest as of late Saturday evening was between Vincennes and Mount Carmel. The river level is expected to continue falling through at least Monday night. Rain later in the week may bring new rises to central and southern Indiana waterways. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wabash River at Hutsonville Legacy Power Plant Site. * WHEN...Until late Monday evening. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Seep water occurs behind levees on Indiana side. Winds will be out of the southwest this afternoon, gusting up to 20 to 25 mph, and relative humidity values will drop to around 25 to 30% across the area.
