Wabash River at Hutsonville and Riverton. .The last of lowland flooding continues along a short portion of the Wabash River in western Indiana, affecting the Hutsonville and Riverton areas. Flooding is expected to end there on Monday. The crest as of early Sunday afternoon was just downstream of Mount Carmel. The river level is expected to continue falling through at least Monday night. Rain later in the week may bring new rises to central and southern Indiana waterways. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wabash River at Hutsonville Legacy Power Plant Site. * WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Seep water occurs behind levees on Indiana side. Hutson Creek begins to overflow from backwater. Old Darwin Road and a few rural roads in eastern Clark and Crawford counties in Illinois are impassable.
