High water levels begin to impact shipping interests along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 21.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to remain near 22.0 feet through early Friday morning then gradually fall through the weekend.
