This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S. * WHEN...Until Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Overbank flooding occurs. Water affects residences along the river between Wheatland and Calamus. Water affects businesses along the river near Calamus. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.9 feet and falling. - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage tomorrow morning and continue falling to 10.2 feet early Monday morning.
