Flooding will continue through at least next week. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 138 PM CDT, River gauges along the Fox River Chain of Lakes indicate that water levels have remained nearly steady for the past 24 hours and are likely at a crest in major flood stage. The latest forecast from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources indicates that water levels should begin to slowly fall by Friday. - Some locations that will experience flooding include areas along the Fox River Chain of Lakes, including Nippersink Lake, Fox Lake, Pistakee Lake, Petite Lake, Lake Marie, Channel Lake, and Lake Catherine. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
