Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... Norman Creek at County Road 4220 and Wolf Creek at Highway CC. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Rolla, St. James, Doolittle, Newburg, Northwye and Rosati. County Road 2020 and Old Highway 66 had water over the roadway on the northeast side of Rolla. This includes the following low water crossings...
