* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Lee County in north central Illinois... * WHEN...Until 815 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 423 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to locally 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
