Flooding is expected to end there on Monday. The crest as of late Sunday evening was well past Mount Carmel. The river level is expected to continue falling through at least Tuesday afternoon. Rain later in the week may bring new rises to central and southern Indiana waterways. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wabash River at Hutsonville Legacy Power Plant Site. * WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Old Darwin Road and a few low rural roads between York and Hutsonville, Illinois begin to flood.
