Water begins to be diverted through the Blackberry Marsh Spillway to reduce flood impacts. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 10.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.7 feet tomorrow morning.
