White River at Hazleton. .Rainfall amounts of 0.75 to two inches this afternoon and overnight combined with two to nearly four inches over much of central and southern Indiana yesterday will bring minor flooding to portions of the East Fork White and middle to lower White River basins. Minor flooding developing on the lower Wabash is possible as well, but confidence is lower there. Double Y Saddle Club area flooded. At least 6 inches of water flowing over CR 950N to Club. Water is less than one foot away from CR 330W just south of its intersection with Ohio Ridge Rd. CR 500N west of CR 250W is flooded blocking vehicular access to residences near the river bank. Lowell Public Access site is open but ramp is totally flooded. Water close to one residence at Shelby CR 1000S and CR 900W. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:30 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 10.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 13.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
