Periods of heavy sleet in far southeast Missouri and western Kentucky through midday Sunday will add up to an inch. A band of very heavy sleet occurred overnight from about Poplar Bluff to Paducah to Madisonville, and icing has occurred south of there. Travel is extremely dangerous and may be impossible in many locations. Light to moderate snow will continue in most of the area through midday. * WHAT...Heavy snow.
