After the sun sets, temperatures will fall further into the teens and single digits with lower wind chills expected. Any moisture from recent rain or snow will re-freeze and create black ice. Be prepared for slick spots overnight into Tuesday morning, especially on untreated roadways. Use caution if traveling. Temperatures are expected to rise at least slightly above freezing for many places on Tuesday.
