For the Lower Wolf River...including Shiocton, New London...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wolf River at New London. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, Up to a foot of water is surrounding structures along West River Drive in Fremont. Several inches of floodwater begins to cover portions of Burton Road near Pheifer Park.
