Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - In the last 10 days, most of southeastern Michigan has seen 1.5 to 4.5 inches of rainfall which has saturated soils before the main spring green up. Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms are likely starting this evening and continuing through Thursday evening. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to a quarter of an inch are expected over the area.
