Lumber River Near Lumberton affecting Robeson County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Cape Fear River at William O Huske Lock And Dam 3. * WHEN...Until Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 45.0 feet, Flood waters will affect lowlands along the east bank of the river with some minor overflow along the west bank. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 42.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 44.9 feet early Sunday morning.
