Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... North Fork Blackwater River, Coles Creek, Big Chestnut Creek, Little Doe Run, Otter Creek, Boothe Creek, Doe Run, Hatchet Creek, Little River, Blackwater River, Maggodee Creek, Little Creek, Furnace Creek and Little Chestnut Creek.
