Storms will be capable of producing heavy rainfall in a short amount of time. With recent rains across the region, areas receiving the heaviest rainfall this afternoon and evening may see localized instances of flash flooding. Additionally, thunderstorms may train over the same areas during the evening, particularly near and south of U.S. Highway 50.
