At 23.0 feet, Overlow on the right bank is in several swift channels over Road Y 5, 3 miles north of Reading. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 13.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 23.3 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
