Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An upper level storm system and above normal atmospheric moisture will combine to create several rounds of rainfall late Wednesday into Thursday. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches with isolated totals of 6 to 8 inches are possible.
