Southeastern Comal County in south central Texas... West Central Guadalupe County in south central Texas... * Until 900 PM CDT. * At 557 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain across the northeast and central parts of Bexar County and northern Guadalupe County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen the past three hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the affected areas within the next 2 to 3 hours. Flash flooding is ongoing according to webcams and reports. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar and rain gauges. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... San Antonio, New Braunfels, Schertz, Seguin, Cibolo, Converse, Universal City, Live Oak, Selma, Randolph AFB, San Antonio Int Airport, Canyon Lake, Kirby, Alamo Heights, Windcrest, Terrell Hills, Bulverde, Garden Ridge, Shavano Park and Hollywood Park.

Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 705 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated localized moderate rain over some areas affected since mid to late afternoon. This will cause new urban and small stream flooding over saturated areas. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen the past several hours. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding or keep the minor flooding ongoing for a longer period. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
