In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through early Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Overflowing poor-drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - emergency management reported minor flooding. Low lying and/or poor drainage areas have already experienced minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are forecast. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dallas, Garland, Mesquite, Carrollton, Richardson, Rowlett, Desoto, Cedar Hill, Wylie, Duncanville, Lancaster, Farmers Branch, Balch Springs, University Park, Sachse, Seagoville, Addison, Glenn Heights, Highland Park and Hutchins.
