At 22 feet, Retta Road, North Street, Walnut Creek Road, and Magnolia Road are all flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 8.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 23.3 feet this morning.
