The flash flood threat will be higher this afternoon and night when additional heavy rain moves over already water loaded soils. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of north central Texas, including the following counties, Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Hill, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, Tarrant and Wise. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
