* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Concho, Crockett, Irion, Kimble, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, San Saba, Schleicher, Sutton and Tom Green. * WHEN...From 4 PM CDT this afternoon through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will develop along a slow moving cold front this afternoon and into the overnight hours. The combination of slow moving storms and heavy rainfall will result in flooding, especially in urban and low-lying areas. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches will be common, with pockets of higher amounts in excess of 5 inches possible. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ozona, The Intersection Of I-10 And Highway 405, The Intersection Of I-10 And Highway 290, The Intersection Of Ranch Road 2083 And Highway 405, Ft Lancaster, The Intersection Of Us 190 And Highway 163, The Intersection Of Highway 163 And Ranch Road 1973, I-10 Near The Crockett-Pecos County Line, I-10 Near The Crockett-Sutton County Line and Us-190 Near The Crockett-Sutton County Line. - This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 328 and 379.
