In addition to the high threat for significant snow and ice, very cold temperatures are expected tonight through the middle of next week with sub-zero wind chills likely at times. * WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations between 12 and 18 inches and ice accumulations around two tenths of an inch, confined mostly west of the Allegheny Front and south of US-33. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Portions of western Maryland, western Virginia, and eastern West Virginia. * WHEN...From 7 PM Saturday to 10 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
