Northern Wyoming County in northeastern Pennsylvania... * Until 145 AM EST. * At 1239 AM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line extending from Cedarville to near Pittsfield to South Oxford to Binghamton to near Le Raysville to near Canton, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to blowing snow and visibility rapidly falling to less than one-quarter mile. Wind gusts up to 35 mph. SOURCE...Radar and webcams. IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes. Locations impacted include... Binghamton, Vestal, Johnson City, Oneonta, Endicott, Norwich, Kirkwood, Conklin, Rush, and Sidney.

Schenectady, Rotterdam, Saratoga Springs, Amsterdam, Gloversville, Johnstown, Scotia, Cobleskill, Canajoharie, Fonda, Glenville, Niskayuna, Duanesburg, Ballston Spa, Berne, Corinth, Fort Plain, Altamont, Ephratah, and Middleburgh.
