Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A low pressure system will bring 1.5 to 3 inches of rainfall to the region through Saturday morning. This rainfall will fall on already saturated soils from heavy rainfall from the past weekend into early this week.
