The hazardous conditions will likely impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will begin to overspread the area from south to north Sunday morning into the early afternoon. The steadiest and heaviest snow is expected Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening where snowfall rates of one inch per hour will be common. Where any bands of heavier snow develop, snowfall rates could reach 2 to 3 inches per hour for a time. Snow will become lighter by Monday morning and continue for much of the day before ending Monday evening.
