...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THURSDAY AND FRIDAY... .Southerly winds with gusts around 40 to 45 mph are expected tomorrow ahead of an approaching front. Relative humidity values will fall to 25 to 30 percent across portions of Minnesota during the afternoon. A Red Flag Warning has been issued for western Minnesota. Any small amount of moisture increase associated with the front will be short lived as northwest winds bring lower dew points back into Minnesota and Wisconsin Friday.
