Lake County in northeastern Minnesota... * Until 715 PM CST. * At 616 PM CST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line extending from 8 miles north of Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness Near Trout Lake to Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness to near George Manitou State Park to Split Rock Lighthouse to near Two Harbors, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to blowing snow and visibility rapidly falling to less than one-quarter mile. Wind gusts up to 20 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes. Expect visibility to rapidly drop to 1/4 mile or less. Highways affected include MN-61 from Two Harbors to Grand Marais and MN-1 from Isabella to Silver Bay. Locations impacted include...
