For Wednesday night through Thursday night, tide levels around 3.5 to 4.5 feet are possible around times of high tide. At 4.2 feet, the boardwalk at Annapolis City Dock is expected to be underwater, with numerous buildings flooded. Water also will affect several locations near City Dock, including portions of Compromise Street and several streets on the Naval Academy campus.
