The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a Red Flag Warning for critically low humidity values, gusty winds, and a moderate significant fire potential, which is in effect from 10 AM this morning to 7 PM EST this evening. * AFFECTED AREA...In Florida, Suwannee, Baker, Inland Nassau, Union, Bradford, Gilchrist, Eastern Hamilton, Coastal Nassau, Coastal Duval, Eastern Clay, Eastern Alachua, Eastern Putnam, Western Hamilton, Trout River, Western Clay, Western Alachua, Western Putnam, Northern Columbia, South Central Duval, Southeastern Columbia, Western Duval and Southwestern Columbia. * TIMING...10 AM Monday through 7 PM Monday. * WINDS...Northwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 25 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
