Service Notice – November 2025: The Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) CAP Service undergoes changes from time to time as the business of alerting evolves. Roads may become icy and slippery. Be very careful if driving. The snow with the risk of freezing rain will change to rain Wednesday afternoon as the freezing levels rise. ### Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions.
