* WHAT...Isolated minor coastal flooding. * WHERE...Coastal Collier County, Mainland Monroe and Far South Miami-Dade County. * WHEN...Through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...Some water on low lying roads and property.

Coastal Flood Advisory issued October 8 at 10:33AM EDT until October 9 at 5:00AM EDT by NWS Key West FL

Expires: Wed October 8, 2025, 6:45 PM
* WHAT...Saltwater flooding. * WHERE...Florida Keys. * WHEN...Continuing into the weekend. * IMPACTS...Saltwater flooding of low elevation streets and lots is expected, mainly around the times of high tide in the Lower and Middle Keys. In the Upper Keys, little relief is expected, even outside the times of high tide. Some storm drains will overflow, and some seawalls and docks will be overtopped. Boaters can expect less clearance under fixed bridges. Motorists should remember that persistent puddles are almost certain to contain a mix of saltwater.
If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
