Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills will occur during the late night and early morning, with temperatures warming up after 9AM.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible. Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors.
