Rises in small streams are likely. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1038 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hoover, Pelham, Helena, Chelsea, Wilsonville, Indian Springs Village, Vincent, Harpersville, Westover, Mount Laurel, Fowler Lake, Highland Lakes, Greystone, Lake Purdy, Vandiver, Brook Highland, Meadowbrook, Inverness, Oak Mountain State Park and Oak Mountain Amphitheater.
