Very cold wind chills and temperatures can lead to frostbite and hypothermia, especially with prolonged exposure and if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures and wind chills. Extensive power outages and snow and ice cover persist from previous ice storm. This dangerous cold will only exacerbate the impacts felt in those affected areas.
