Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 137 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Spring Run has flooded with Ridley Creek, Chester Creek, and Darby Creek all rising or in flood. Flooding is already occurring.
