Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds are expected to be intermittent with rain and snow showers providing periods of lighter winds. Winds may gust up to 65 mph along ridges. * WHERE...Greater Reno-Carson City-Minden Area. * WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is uncertainty in snow reaching valley floors, but up to 2 inches of snow is possible by Friday morning.
