Winds will decrease in the overnight period between Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Generally 8 to 12 percent, with poor overnight recoveries Tuesday night 15 to 25 percent. * IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions are expected. Any new fire starts or existing fires may spread rapidly.
