The snow is expected to last through the morning before starting to diminish around midday. Near Skagway, the snow is expected to linger there into Wednesday evening before diminishing. * WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. * WHERE...Glacier Bay, Eastern Chichagof Island, Cape Fairweather to Lisianski Strait and City and Borough of Juneau. * WHEN...Until noon AKST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heaviest snowfall rates are expected into Wednesday morning, with snowfall rates of an inch an hour possible.
