Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Cascades of Lane County and Cascades of Marion and Linn Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
